Sundance Active Adult Area is an affordable golf community in the far west part of the Greater Phoenix Real Estate area. This age-restricted community is open to those aged 45+ and is designed to appeal to active adults.

There were six original models when Hancock began construction in 2002, and new models were introduced in 2005 when Meritage took over the community.
