Location Sundance is just south of the I-10 freeway and a few minutes from the Loop 303 giving it good access to all that the valley has to offer. While Sundance has basic shopping conveniences such as a Fry’s Grocery Store, Lowe’s and fast food choices, it is not far from major shopping in Goodyear and is within 35 minutes of Sky Harbor Airport. Goodyear Ball Park is only 15 minutes away while Westgate Entertainment District, home of the NHL Arizona Coyotes and the NFL Arizona Cardinals is only 30 minutes away.

Area Features Sundance in Buckeye’s 15,000 square-foot clubhouse features a variety of amenities found in any other large scale active adult community. Residents can exercise in the fitness center, swim in an outdoor pool, or play a game of tennis, pickleball, bocce, or raquetball. The many indoor amenities include a billiards and card room, arts and crafts room, library, and on-site restaurant called the 19th Hole.

The Sundance Golf Club at Buckeye is an 18-hole course, designed by Greg Nash. This 18-hole course features beautiful views of the Sierra Estrella and White Tank Mountain. This challenging course combines the area’s Sonoran Desert beauty with lush fairways and greenery.

Homes Sundance offers bungalow style single-family floor plans in a wide variety of designs. There were six original models when Hancock began construction in 2002, and new models were introduced in 2005 when Meritage took over the community.
