Solera at Chandler poolSolera is a small Del Webb community 30 miles (48 km) southeast of Downtown Phoenix along the southern edge of Chandler in the Greater Phoenix Real Estate area.

LocationSolera is located on the southern edge of Chandler  about 12 miles away (19 km) from Chandler Fashion Center Mall. The community is nicely situated within 15 minutes of museums, theaters, casinos and golf courses with dining and convenience shopping very close by. The Chandler Fashion Center Mall, which offers hundreds of brand name stores, boutiques and great restaurants, is 12 miles away. Phoenix and the surrounding area is easily accessible via the Loop 202 ( San Tan Freeway) five miles north or I-10 eight miles west of Solera with Sky Harbor Airport being within about 30 minutes. Westgate Entertainment District, home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals and NHL Arizona Coyotes, is about 45 minutes away.

We are told by the Homeowners Association that an 80/20 guideline for age restriction is used – meaning minimum of 80% must be at least 55+ and a maximum of 20%  may be at 40+. An application for a variance to the minimum age 55+ must be completed by the intended occupant and be approved by the board prior to occupancy being permitted.
